Not much else to say here since I agree 100% with this review. The njoy Pure Wand is the most versatile prostate massager in my collection and hands down the best. If I am warming up, or just looking to have a longer session I will just barely insert the smaller end. If I am going for an intense, full blown session I will insert the larger end deeply so that it comes in direct contact with the prostrate. The fullness and the weight has to be experienced first hand.
